Allison Transmission 1000 2000 Overhaul Sign Up

The Allison 1000 & 2000 two day Overhaul ILT course focuses on the overhaul resources and procedures.

Prerequisites: Techs must successfully complete the following prior to starting the 1000 2000 Overhaul Course:

• 1000 & 2000 Product Families Maintenance Technician Web-Based Training
• 1000 & 2000 Product Families Maintenance Technician ILT
• 1000 & 2000 Product Families Overhaul Technician Web-Based Training

Course Objectives Include:

• Access and use publications and special tools necessary for overhauling Allison 1000 & 2000 Product Families Transmissions
• Successfully disassemble the transmission
• Perform inspections and measurements and make appropriate determination as to individual component condition
• Use the Parts Catalog to identify appropriate part numbers for components being replaced
• Successfully assemble the transmission including performing necessary measurements
