Clarke Power Services Inc., headquartered in Cincinnati Ohio, has announced the acquisition of the VehiCare service locations in Cincinnati, OH, Indianapolis, IN, and Memphis, TN effective April 9th, 2010.
VehiCare® will be operated as a business unit within the Clarke organization and continue to offer the same excellent level of service you’ve experienced in conjunction with maintaining your vehicles. Aside from the shop location in your market, all other aspects of service (including pricing levels and the VehiCare® brand) will remain the same.
Clarke Power Services, Inc. has a long history of providing vehicle maintenance services to many small and large fleets from our 20 branch locations in seven states. We understand fleet maintenance requirements well and the necessity to synchronize maintenance services with how your business operates.
Clarke is also a Detroit Diesel, Mercedes, MTU, and Allison Transmission warranty service provider and parts distributor.
