Customer Commitments:
1. We will complete an initial diagnosis within 2 hours of arrival at our facility.
2. We will provide an immediate update if the repair time or cost changes significantly from our
initial diagnosis.
3. We will do the job right - the first time. Every time.
4. We will complete repairs in the least amount of time.
5. We will notify you within 30 minutes of completion of repairs.
6. We will review the completed repairs with you to make sure your unit is "Road Ready".
