  • 3000 & 4000 Product Families Maintenance Technician ILT
  • 3000 & 4000 Overhaul Web-Based Training
Course Objectives Include:
  • Access and use publications and special tools necessary for overhauling Allison 3000 & 4000 SeriesTransmissions
  • Successfully disassemble the transmission
  • Perform inspections and measurements and make appropriate determination as to individual component condition
  • Use the Parts Catalog to identify appropriate part numbers for components being replaced
  • Successfully assemble the transmission including performing necessary measurements
